Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the HubyCard mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HubyCard. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

HubyCard is a personal finance management application that helps users track credit card balances, manage payments, monitor expenses, and optimize debt payoff strategies. The App is designed for personal, non-commercial use only. HubyCard is a tool for financial organization and does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional accounting services.

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.

HubyCard offers both free and paid subscription tiers ("Pro"). Free Tier: Limited to 2 credit cards with basic features. Pro Subscription: $4.99 per month, includes unlimited cards, advanced analytics, detailed reports, and priority support. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality. Financial data entered into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your credit card numbers, balances, or detailed financial information to external servers.

You agree not to: • Use the App for any illegal purpose • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App • Interfere with the App's operation or security • Use automated systems to access the App • Impersonate others or provide false information • Share your account credentials with others • Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others

The App, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by HubyCard and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms. HubyCard, the HubyCard logo, and related marks are trademarks of HubyCard. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. HubyCard is not a financial advisor, accountant, or credit counseling service. The App provides tools for personal organization and does not constitute financial advice. We do not guarantee: • The accuracy of calculations or projections • Specific financial outcomes from using the App • That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted • Compatibility with all devices or operating systems You are solely responsible for financial decisions made using information from the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HubyCard shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities • Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App • Actions taken based on information from the App Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding any claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HubyCard, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your use of the App • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of another party

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination: • Your right to use the App ceases immediately • You remain responsible for any outstanding fees • Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
